What is the delivery time for wedding dress orders? 

We have able to delivery dress very fast. Normally it take 3 - 4 weeks for Custom orders and delivery time about 3- 7 days for shipping.

Can i choose Rush wedding dress order service?

Yes, we can accept rush order service, as follow:
1, 7 days rush order, mean take 7 days time to make, and shipping time 3-7 days.
2, 14 days rush order, mean take 14 days time to make, and shipping time 3-7 days.

When should I order wedding dress? 

Please place your order as far as in advance of your wedding date as possible, normally can't less than 1 month. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alterations if necessary. 

What is your wedding dress return policy? 

We guarantee all our dress with high quality. If our dress not good quality, customer can return back the dress. But we can't accept return dress for custom cut order.  
All sales are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase. 
 Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specifications before submitting your order.

How can I see a swatch of the color I'm interested in before I order?

Sorry, the shipping cost is very expensive, so we  do not have swatches available to send out to customers.  we can just can send our color chart and product cd to our wholesaler with their order. 
You can confirm the dress color by two ways, as follow:
1, view our color chart, choose color on internet.
2, send me a color picture, and we will tell you if we have this color for your dress. 
Note: Not any extra cost for color change. 

Can I place my wedding dress order over the phone?
We do not accept phone orders. We require all orders in writing to avoid errors.
